Damaged or Defective Items
 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

At our discretion, we will replace the item or issue a refund for eligible claims.
 

Returns
 

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or burned candles.  Unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

 

Refunds
 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
 

Fragrance Preferences
 

Because fragrance is a personal preference, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based solely on scent selection. We encourage customers to read each fragrance description carefully before purchasing.
 

Order Changes & Cancellations
 

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because many of our candles are poured to order, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has begun.
